# comments link not working

 * Yesterday I acquired the Recent Comments plugin so that I could get a ‘recent
   comments’ section on my sidebar. (My template – which is based on East View –
   is an old school non-widgetised one).
 * While I now have a ‘Recent comments’ section on my sidebar, the links to specific
   comments don’t work. For example:
 * [http://www.tomcho.com/?p=78#comment-2265](http://www.tomcho.com/?p=78#comment-2265)
 * …only takes me to the top of the post and not the comment itself.
 * I’ve been working on this for ages and I don’t know PHP so I’m doing a lot of
   guessing. Please help…

 * It’s cool. I solved it. I had to change the comments.php file to set the comment_ID
   as an anchor ID.
