 * Ok, here’s another problem with my wordpress. Apparently, no one can leave comments
   without having to login. I have no idea how to change that. Could anyone please
   let me know how I can get rid of this ‘feature’?

    there is a place to allow it without registering
 * admin – settings – discussion
    further customization
