It would be easier to modify your theme, by way of a child theme, to output the comments where you prefer. As it is, you are telling both the plugin and theme to output the comments.
Can you tell mem how to do it? How to modify it?

Not really. Each theme is different, although there are standard files.
You can read about child themes.
You should ask in your theme’s support forum for specifics.

Firstly, you have to disable the default comment function on WordPress and then enable the plugin “Comments Shortcode”:
1. Access the WordPress dashboard, go to Settings › Discussion.
2. Uncheck the box ‘Allow people to post comments on new articles.
3. Save changes, all subsequent posts will no longer have the option to comment.
Let me know if my answer can help you resolve your issue.
My problem is with the normal page, not POST PAGE with the articles.
When I disable the comments on that page, the comments disapper everywhere (in the section with shortcode as well).

I want to say that I’m totally green when it comes to creating websites. I’ll be grateful for any help! 🙂
My problem is with the comments: namely, I’d like to add a comment section in a specific place on the regular page (not on the blog with posts).
I am using Elementor page builder and OceanWp theme.
Searching the internet, I found a hint about plugin installation: “Comments Shortcode” and after enabling it with Elementor, I added a shortcode ([sp_comments_block]) to the place where I want comments. Everything worked out, but comments, apart from appearing in that place, also appeared at the bottom of the page (where they probably normally appear on pages with posts). When I disable commenting on this page, unfortunately this shortcode no longer works and comments are not displayed anywhere.
Can anything be done about it? Thanks in advance for every tip!
