 * i selected “users must be registered and logged in to comment” under the discussion
   settings. however many spammers are continuing to make comments – although they
   are held for aqpproval. why is this option not working and people can still comment?
 * i want only registered and logged in users to be able to make comment. if they
   are not, then i want them not to do anything at all…
