Comments for registered users except one category post

Hi! How are you? Sorry if I posted this topic in other category of the foru. Its my first time here.

I researched in the repository of plugins some plugin that it can this but i dont found a posiible solution.

I have a web where the people needs register to comment. All categories or post are closed for public user. Now I need that a certain category will be public, namely, the comments still closed excepts this category post. I am using the nature system of comment, I dont have an plugin for that.

I need some plugin for allow this options without change the system of WP or design, and if it posible dont touch code because my knowledge about html/php/dba are limited.

Hope somebody knows the solution
