Comments for page

    My website http://www.mylaw.in does not have any posts, only PAGES. I want to add comments at the bottom of each page.

    Some suggestions in this support page says we can add a code line
    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    but I could not find any file called page.php

    Please help how to add comments.
