# Comments error. Help, please!

 * Hey, I’m having some problems with the comments file. Everything’s fine but the
   comments form doesn’t appear when I click on the commenting link, in its place
   appears this message:
 * > Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/summer/public_html/
   > wordpress/wp-content/themes/spin/comments.php on line 23
 * I’ve been staring at that line hundreds of times and I can’t seem to find the
   problem. Here it is:
