Comments don’t show up

    Hey guys,

    For some reason my comments don’t show up.

    I don’t see a form to add a comment, nor do I see the comments if a post has them.

    I’m not sure why their not showing up. Does anyone know what files I may need to look at to bring the comments back in?

    Do they show up if you switch to the default or classic theme? If yes, there is a problem with your theme.

    Hey,

    Thanks for the reply.

    Yes they do show up when I switch to the classic theme. I kind of figured it might be a problem with the theme im using.

    Does anybody know what files I might need to look into to figure out why they aren’t showing up?

    I tried restoring the comments.php and index.php but the comments still didn’t show up. Is there a certain file that controls the comments page?

    The comments template has to be called into the single.php or whichever file is displaying your single posts.
    (If there is no single > the index is used; learn about the Template_Hierarchy)

    See how it is done in the classic’s index, if it works with that one.
