Comments doesnt appear immediately

I have this problem, when guests post comments it doesnt appear immediately, and they think that something gone wrong, so they post another – same comment. This is very lame. Also its taking some time for comment count to display correct amount of comments, they same with most commented posts widget and to commentators widget. Am i the only one who has this?
