 * Hi,
 * I installed the plugin and the Comment Checkbox doesn’t show on my website, even
   though the “Disable Comment Checkbox” on the setting page is not checked.
 * How can I fix it?

    Did you try 
   this? Please try to run GDPR setp again and you need to do nothing with its settings.
   It should show o Comment box automatcally. Please try to clear cache and remove
