# Comments broken?

 * Over at my newsblog at [http://www.pause.com](http://www.pause.com) I tried to
   reply to a comment last night that somebody’d made and I can’t.
 * Once I submit the comment, it goes to this page…
 * [http://www.pause.com/comment-page-/#comment-](http://www.pause.com/comment-page-/#comment-)
 * …with a 404 error.
 * So, I can’t figure out how somebody else posted a comment last night or, more
   importantly, why this is happening and how to fix it.
 * Any ideas?

 * Ok, this is crazy. Thank you for doing that, but I still can’t get it to work.
   Can I ask what browser you’re using?

 * Hmm, just tried it in Firefox and it worked fine. IE8 doesn’t work, either in
   normal or Compatibility Mode.

 * Ok…it gets even weirder.
 * It’s not IE8…it’s just THIS machine.
 * I tried logging out to see if then I could post…but I can’t log out. Seriously.
   I click the Logout > link and it says:
 * You are attempting to log out of The pause.com Entertainment Podcast
    Please 
   try again.
 * But when I click that link (Please try again) it just takes me back to the previous
   screen where I’m still logged in.
 * So I can’t post comments and I can’t log out.
 * Lovely.

 * Try to delete your browser’s cookies.
    BTW I use Google chrome.

 * I can not make comments on a blog
    it takes me to Word Press log in but I can
   not find anywhere to register to make comments so what is the problem how do 
   folks make comments if they can’t register to make comments do I report this 
   as a problem?
