 * Hi,
    I’ve tried this plugin but it throws several errors on my sites so that 
   I cannot see how it works. Can you send me a link where I can see the plugin 
   in use?
 * But to answer your question: No, Inline Comments hasn’t your desired “slide down”
   feature.
