 * Howdy.
 * I’ve recently begun using my WordPress blog after a log “vacation” from it. I’ve
   been sprucing some things up, and it seems the comments have become a little
   wonky with the theme I just installed. (Boxy Blue)
 * I can see the comments just fine on the dashboard, and edit them to my desire,
   but on the actual pages I get this in place of a comment:
 *  1.
    Test1234 Comment // April 29th, 2007 // 12:54 pm edit <!– if using gravatar
 * Every comment is similiar. Thoughts?

 * What happens if you switch to another theme, like the default or classic? Does
   it work? If yes, it’s time to take a closer look to your theme’s comments.php
   template file.

 * Default and classic actually work. Here’s the comments.php text:
 *     ```
       <?php // Do not delete these lines
       	if ('comments.php' == basename($_SERVER['SCRIPT_FILENAME']))
       		die ('Please do not load this page directly. Thanks!');

               if (!empty($post->post_password)) { // if there's a password
                   if ($_COOKIE['wp-postpass_' . COOKIEHASH] != $post->post_password) {  // and it doesn't match the cookie
       				?>

       				<p class="nocomments">This post is password protected. Enter the password to view comments.<p>

       				<?php
       				return;
                   }
               }

       		/* This variable is for alternating comment background */
       		$oddcomment = 'alt';
       ?>
