 * Is there a way to remove the comments bar which on my site is right under the
   post/page title?

 * Do you mean that you want to disable comments for posts/pages?
 * If so…
 * Try going to All Posts and All Pages on your dashboard, select all posts/pages
   you want to disable comments from, go to the bottom and select “Bulk Actions”
   and then choose “Edit”, then go over to “Comments” and click the drop-down menu
   and select “Do not allow.”

 * Thanks for that. Now I know how to disable comments, but what I really would 
   like is to move the comment bar to the bottom of the page, or just eliminate 
   it so that comments only appear at the bottom of posts/pages.
