The inspect element is not a permanent change – it is used for testing and development.

You *can* use CSS to hide using display: none; – but I don’t recommend this method.

Hi. I’ve been trying to get rid of the ‘comments are closed’ text on my portfolio page. I did an “inspect page elements” search on the CSS and did find the code: <p class=”nocomments”>Comments are closed.</p>.
I can change it and it works great! But the change won’t stay. the minute I hit refresh or go to another page, the code corrects itself and it won’t save.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
