 * After installiung disqus on my site, I got a report at my site footer,
 * > comments are closed
 * secondly, disqus does not snyc with my logged in users. it only allow social 
   network accounts.

 * If it says ‘comments are closed’, that means they’ve been closed at the WordPress
   level (the plugin respects those settings). Try some of the suggestions here:
