# Comments and posts not showing

 * I recently imported my Blogger blog to WordPress. Everything went well. All old
   posts showed up fine. But I never thought of checking the comments.
 * Now I have two problems:
    1. Older Blogger-imported pots not showing up in public.
   2. Older and newer comments not showing up at all, comments link won’t work.
 * Some background:
    – After the Blogger import I the theme Thesis 1.6. All old 
   posts showed up fine. – I upgraded to Thesis 1.7 and all of a sudden no older
   posts showed up, only the ones published after starting the WP-blog. Instead 
   I receive the following error message: “There’s nothing here. If there were posts
   in the database, you’d be seeing them. Try creating a post, and see if that solves

   At the same time I tried to check an autogenerated Twitter comment on a new post.
   But the link wouldn’t work. I am not able to view comments at all. Have a look

 * Known facts:
    – Both all the posts and comments do exist in the database. They
   al show up in the admin and are editable. The posts also shows up as teasers 
   on archive and category pages. But the actual post itself won’t show up on its
   permalink location. See category (try to click on read more for a post and error

   Switching to WP Theme or Thesis 1.6 from Thesis 1.7 brings back all old post 
   to the public – no error message. – An old post does show up in Thesis 1.7 if
   I edit the contents of it and republish. – Comments does not show in public, 
   no matter what theme I use, nor do they show up if I edit and republish them.
 * Finally:
    – Although I’m not fond of the idea I could start edit and republish
   all my older posts… since they should be correctly tagged and categorized (something
   missing out from Blogger). But to do this to more than 1000 posts takes quite
   some time, so it would be nice to see them in public before I’ve been able to
   edit them all. – Comments not showing up at all/not working/not possible to comment
   is my biggest concern. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

 * I figured it out by myself. The WordPress plugin [WordPress SEO Pager](http://www.seoegghead.com/software/wordpress-seo-pager.seo)
   is the big bad wolf in this case, causing both issues.
