# Comments after topic

 * Hello. How can I get the comments to appear straight after the blog/article? 
   At present, they only appear as subjects in the side bar, unconnected with the
   topic. The help pages refer to comments following on from the article (in the
   preamble) but after that there seems to be no mention of how do it.

 * This has something to do with your theme. Please post in the theme support where
   you downloaded it and include a link to your site.

 * Hello. Thanks for response. I’m using 2014. The site is [http://www.BraveNewScotland.com](http://www.BraveNewScotland.com)
 * The site is fairly bare – no pictures! – as I set it up in a rush a short while
   ago. And I don’t know my way around WP yet, nor am I proficient in coding etc,
   so I have limited myself to just text for the moment.

 * Actually everything is working fine at your site. The comments are appearing 
   under the post content on those posts where some comments are posted as usual.
   For example check this post:
 * [http://bravenewscotland.com/?p=76](http://bravenewscotland.com/?p=76)
 * You will see the comments below the post content.
 * The sidebar comments are basically a Comment Widget which displays the latest
   comments (you may disable that from widget area if you need)

 * Thanks for reply. You are right! But it wasn’t like this before. I tried lots
   of things last night so presume one of them worked, though I don’t know which
   one.
