 * I don’t want comments on any of my pages “EXCEPT” for the last page. How can 
   I remover the comments section from the other pages but keep it on the last page?

 * Edit the page and turn ’em off.
 * Open up a page, click on Screen Options (upper right) and check the box for Discussion
 * Then scroll down and turn on or off comments as you see fit.
