 * Every single one of my pages on my website, have a comment box at the bottom 
   of the page. Is there any way to change this?

 * If you don’t want any comments on your blog, go to Admin/Settings/Discussion 
   and disable commenting. Other than that, you could edit your theme’s template
   file(s) to exclude any call to comments or to the comment form.
