  • If CommentLuv is enabled, the layout of all pages are corrupted when first clicking on the post. If you click to refresh the page, Internet Explorer reports an error but no specific error

    If Enable CommentLuv is set to No, everything works fine

    The site is CommentLuv is not currently enabled, for obvious reasons!

    Could you please advise

    It would be very helpful if you could provide a screenshot and attach it to the support ticket that you also raised about this issue.

    That will help me to understand what you mean by “all pages are corrupted”

    It is best to always use the support ticket system to get support. These forums have to be manually checked which could delay the answers to your issues but the support ticket system notifies me immediately so you get much faster responses

    I’m sure it will be something simple to do with your setup, it almost always is!

    As a good practice process, deactivate plugins and try using on another theme. This will help to troubleshoot.
