# Commenting problem

 * I have problem with my comment box.
 * my comment box automatically closed after 14 days of published and currently 
   the setting is set to “not automatically closed comment after 14 days”
 * any idea what is wrong with my commenting box? thanks in advance guys..

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.

 * no i haven’t because i am not really good at this at all.. i am a newbie about
   anything so yeah i am scared to touch 1 thing and might screwed everything else..
