Comment title different if you're replying or not?

    Is it possible to have a different title for “Leave a Reply” depending on whether the user is posting a new comment or replying to an existing one?

    I want the new comment form to say “Ask a Question”, but when replying to a “Question” the title should be “Post an Answer.” is this possible?
