 * Hi,
    I used [wpdiscuz_comments] shortcode to display form. Its Ok in first post

 * As far as we see you have a post list in one page and after each post, there 
   is a comment form. We’re really sorry but the wpDiscuz does not support multiple
   forms in one page. You can use one form for each post/page.
