# Comment table error after 9000 comments

 * Hello,
 * I’ve encountered a problem on my blog where the comment table stops working after
   a certain amount of comments is reached.
 * My blog gets many comments daily, and when the TOTAL comment amount for the entire
   site reaches around 9,000, the comment table does not work. When in the admin
   panel, if I click on the comments tab, the page loads blank.
 * In order to fix this, I have to go into phpmyadmin and delete comments from the
   wp_comments table to bring it under 9000 in order for the comments page to reload
   again.
 * How can I get this fixed?

 * Under the Screen options, what do you have for the number of comments per page?
   Might try changing that value.

 * I did a table repair and the error is still not fixed..My blog actually went 
   back over around 8600 comments and the error occurred again, where I could not
   access the comment page.
 * I did a table repair before this, it does not seem to have fixed the issue.
 * As for your other suggestion, where is this ‘screen options’ menu so that I can
   see how many comments I have listed per page?
