Comment sync doesn't work

    I’ve tried it with a couple of blogs.

    One is hosted with Media Temple and another with Lets Host on a VPS. Neither successfully sync comments back into WordPress, both the automatic sync and force sync do not work. No errors. The media temple site is the most stripped back of the two. Just one plugin running (advanced custom fields). There are no console errors either.

    Any ideas? Is this a known bug? I need to get the comment count as a PHP variable but can’t since the comments aren’t syncing with WordPress.
