   my comment section at after related post, i hope to change to before that.
    can
   i customize this? and how?

    If I understand
   you correctly, you are searching a way to place the comments section before the
   related posts.
 * If so then simply go to Customizer -> Single Posts -> **Related Posts** and scroll
   down until you see the Section Location option and set it to [After Comments](https://tppr.me/7U7vF).
