However when I tested it (logging out of my own account, leaving a test comment using another email, then logging back in to reply), the email format was still the same as how it used to be ever since I installed the original Comment Reply Notification plugin years ago.
I’ve tried installing, deleting, and reinstalling the plugin but to no avail. I even tried editing the CSS for this but it still didn’t work.
Is it the plugin, or a setting in my blog? I’d really appreciate your inputs! Thanks!
I removed the plugin and any related plugin already.
I installed the ReplyMe plugin which now works fine. The trouble is, my blog now sends 2 email notifications to the commenter. One is the ReplyMe custom email and the other is the old email reply. Like a ghost hunting me, it won’t go away even if I’ve deleted that old plugin.
Problem is, I don’t know how to get in touch with the developer because I can’t find the contact info =(
Has anyone encountered this before?
