Comment ratings field plugin integration

Is there anyway to integrate with the comment ratings field plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/comment-rating-field-plugin/

I can get my start rating to show up but selecting it and then voting doesn’t let them stay, as seen here: https://cl.ly/2C2N2S2M0M2x

The interesting thing is that I notice the stars showing from when I previously didn’t have the plugin active but then left a comment using the rating. You can see it in the above screenshot. So your plugin IS displaying the stars, just not allowing me to use them to vote/rate and then submit a comment. Any ideas?
