This seems like a theme issue. Have you contacted the theme developer to see if they can help you with different comment areas according to different roles? This seems like a possible solution?

I have Ultimate Member installed, and I have to say, fantastic. Love it. My only gripe is the commenting set up. Normally comments are more compact and easy to differentiate between users, but the one built in is a bit more spread out for my liking. I’ve tried a few plugins that work well, but require users to sign up for another service to have their comments show. This is discouraging to viewers.
I am hoping that someone can recommend a plugin that works with Ultimate Member and with the profiles it creates for users, but organizes comments a little differently. Any suggestions?
