# Comment out Edit Post link

 * I have the following in my index.php:
    <?php edit_post_link(‘Edit’,”,’**|**‘);?
   > Since I’m not allowing anyone else to edit my blog posts, can I do the following
   to comment it out?
 * <!–<?php edit_post_link(‘Edit’,”,’**|**‘); ?> –>
 * I’m not sure of the syntax.

 * It only shows up for you when you are logged in or anyone else of a higher level(
   which I assume there isn’t) so just leave it. Log out and then view the page 
   and you will see what I mean.
