 * Can anyone recommend a comment notification plugin? I am running into some issues
   with my theme specifically and I’ve posted in my theme’s support forum, but I’m
   wondering what else is out there.
 * Must haves:
    - Automatically notify authors whenever someone comments on their post
    - Allow commenters to click “notify me of follow up comments” when commenting
 * It would be nice if…
    - The email notification could be replied to in order to respond (Postmatic 
      does this, but it has stopped functioning entirely for me)
