 * Hi! Would just like to know the following:
    1. Do the people who have commented in a post get notified via email when
        there
       are new comments posted by other users by default? I don’t have a subscribe 
       to comments plugin or anything on my blog.
 *  1. Do the commenters get notified when their comment is approved/rejected?
