I have my comment section set to (a) moderate every comment and (b) notify the administrator via e-mail when there is a comment to moderate.
I just recently switched my host and, for perhaps a short period of time, e-mails may have bounced. Since establishing myself on the new server, I am no longer receiving these e-mails even though my settings remain the same and the e-mail account is working.
I am thinking that perhaps WordPress saw my e-mail account bounce and has restricted me to a block list. Was hoping that they could remove this e-mail address: email@example.com – from their block list.
Or, perhaps there is something else I am not considering?
UPDATE: Upon further investigation, it is now not e-mailing any account – even when I changed it to personal accounts at gmail and other locations.
