A client site has an active commenting section. Typically, a commentor inserts a comment on a page/post and an email is sent to the moderator for approval / trash / spam. The emails are sent and received by the admin correctly.
Here’s the problem:
– If the moderator is already logged into the website admin area, then clicking any of the three links provided in the email works correctly.
– If the moderator is NOT logged into the website admin area, and clicks any of the three email links in the email message, a 404 is returned.
So, to me, something is either not being passed in the email urls that allows a non-logged-in moderator to directly approve / trash / spam the comment directly. Or its something else.
Running nginx. Only plugin that could make a change would be WPS Hide Login (where we changed the end of the URL for site admin login, for security reasons).

Any ideas on how to fix?
