Would it be possible to add a private note from WordPress when you click the link? My current flow is: 1. Read comments in our WordPress backend 2. Convert comment to ticket 3. Open our helpdesk portal in another tab 4. Edit the non-descriptive subject line to something more meaningful 5. Asssign the ticket to the appropriate agent 6.
