 * Hi,
    I think this question has been addressed a couple times, but I did not understand
   the explanations, so I’m asking again here. I want to put a link ‘Make a Comment’
   or similar in each post which will appear directly below the last line of post
   text and simply hop down the current page (past the social link share, other
   comments, etc.) to the comment reply form.
 * Basically an anchor link.
 * I am not familiar with PHP however, and past forays into customizing have caused
   problems, so I want to be sure I am doing things correctly before I experiment.
 * I am hoping to learn exactly what PHP and where I am supposed to insert it to
   achieve this anchor link effect. Any explanations or even just pointing me at
   a reliable, simple, tutorial will be a big help! Everything I’ve found so far
   has been too complicated for my current knowledge base.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi,
 * Why not simply allow comments on your site in Settings – Discussion?

 * Comments are allowed on the site. However, between the bottom of the article
   and the comment box, there are a number of features, including sharing buttons
   and advertisements before you get to the ‘leave a reply’ section.
    I would like
   to create a ‘Comment’ link at the bottom of the actual post that will skip over
   these other features and bring you to the comment box. My client believes this
   extra space for scrolling is discouraging people from commenting, so I’m trying
   to find a solution that will make the comment box more obvious.
 * She is actually suggesting I move the whole comment box higher up beneath the
   post, but I think creating a link would be simpler and would keep the other features
   from becoming obsolete beneath a slew of comments.
 * Other themes have comment links a the top of the article — I’m just wondering
   how to institute this in mine.
