 * All i need to know is how to make the pop up for comments smaller its a little
   wide for my liking and i would like to make the height a little bigger

 * Look in your header.php file for the specific theme you are using, there should
   be a line like this one:
 * `<?php comments_popup_script(320,500); // off by default ?>`
 * You just edit the “320,500” to what you want, 320 is the width, 500 is the height.
