 * I’m on a local host, and yes just like the title, that is whats happening, the
   threshold is set to 4..
 * and just after **1** report, boom, the comment is gone..
 * so by whats happening, i think its cheking the “IP” or something like that?
 * i’ve made different users, and allowed crowd to report comments, and yes, it 
   says “it seems you’ve already reported this comment”
 * if only it checks the ID of the one who reported the comment, i can test this
   even when I’m on a local server …
 * is there anything i can do? to check if threshold limit is really kicking?
