 * first of all excuse my english 😉
    I know there are a lot of threads for comments-
   plugins. But I cannot find what I’m looking for. Is there a plugin, which has
   comment function like amazon has. I mean that you can rate a comment and the 
   best/worse rate comment is also on top.
 * E.g.
