when posting a comment to my blog a user will get the following error. Now, the comment will post just fine, but this error concerns me nonetheless.
Warning: main(./wp-blog-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/spyweb1/spy1u645/html/index.php on line 3
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/pear’) in /home/spyweb1/spy1u645/html/index.php on line 3
I should also mention that I have just relocated my whole wordpress from one directory to another. I followed the directions in the WIKI as explained in “I’ve installed Word Press into the root folder in my domain, but I’d like to move the installation into its own folder. How do I do this?”
The little post script in that entry, quoted below, it wasn’t in plain enough language for me to understand, so I ignored it. I suspect I need to understand and follow the directions in that note. Can anyone help?
Make sure you ammend the ‘require(‘wp-blog-header.php’);’ atop your root-placed blog.php page to your chosen subdir (ie require(‘wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’);
make sure you do the same for comments.php, and any other pages you pull you move out of the subdir to rool level. Bon Appetite,
