# Comment Bubble not appearing

 * Hello,
 * I am working on my new website and I have installed wpDiscuz but the Comment 
   Bubble is not appearing.
 * I went through your old comment [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/notification-about-comments-not-showing-to-users/#post-13815997](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/notification-about-comments-not-showing-to-users/#post-13815997)
   but that did not solve my issue.
 * Because the site is under development status I am not using cache or Cloudflare.
 * Awaiting your response
 * ps: I have sent an email but I am not sure if WpDiscuz respond so I created a
   support thread here on WordPress.
