Comment box not showing

    Only the text, “Comments” shows. The FB box does not appear. It works on my staging site but not on live site. It used to work on live site but stopped for some reason.

    FB box should appear at the bottom of every post/page. Thanks.

    Any page shows the same, “Comments” but no comment box. Everything works fine on my test site thought. See here: https://staging3.ussanews.com/hey-biden-wheres-my-10000/

    Ruled out the following:

    • Not Cloudflare
    • Not custom CSS
    • Error display: Refused to display ‘https://www.facebook.com/’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘deny’. but htaccess updated for this…maybe?
    • No new plugins

    Hi @bronx1791.

    We haven’t noticed any issues that come from our plugin. It’s possible that the issue is related to the API and is related to the fact that you are using it on two identical sites (on the main domain and subdomain) with the same content. In any case, this is an issue on the API side, so unfortunately we cannot help in this case.

    The only suggestion we can make is to remove the plugin from the test site. Perhaps after that, it will work correctly on the main domain.
