Comment Box Not Displaying In New Posts

    I have recently started working on a wordpress site. I have absolutely NO experience making websites, coding, etc, so this is all brand new to me. I am definitely coming up against lots of issues and slowly trying to tackle them and hopefully learn from the experience.

    My latest issue is that the Box to Enter and Submit a comment is not showing up in some of my posts. It shows up on one of my posts, the very first one, but on the new posts that I am trying to enter, the comment box is not showing up. One example of this is the linked site I have included here.

    I have checked to make sure comments are on and that they are not blocked after a certain time period, but they are still not showing up! Please help!

    I figured it out! For anyone else who might be having the same problem, this is what I did:

    It seems like the ONE place where I had not marked to allow comments was on the specific post under the “Quick Edit” option. So I went to the “Posts” page, then hovered over the title of the post that was not working, and clicked the “Quick Edit” Option. There, I then found two checkboxes for “allow comments” and “allow pings”. Checked both and I am on my merry way!
