Comment box disappears for Posts?

    My “About” page has a comment box/leave a reply box…

    I deactivated all of my installed plug-ins, then went to my very 1st post, I scroll all the way down to the bottom of my article…

    There is no comment box, or a place for my visitors to leave a reply!
