Coming soon pop-up not working!

    Hi everyone,

    I am working on a page and have came stuck trying to get something to work the way I want. I am using the page builder and on the home page I have 4 siteorigin heros, 2 up and 2 down, these have background images and a text overlay and the intention is simple, they just link to another page. This function works great but on of the boxes is not ready and will not be for a little while, so I need a pop up to come out with a coming soon text…

    For this I found a simple pop-up builder by Supsystic which works great and looks good, it outputs a short code, unfortunately this will not work with the hero panes I am using.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how I could make this work or any other suggestions on how I can achieve a similar effect? All I have been able to do is to change the one box to a straightforward image and link to the shortcode, which works but changes the look of the 4 boxes.

    Unfortunately I can screen shot right now but if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

    Have you perhaps tried using:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-lightbox/

    You can insert:

    lightbox

    Into the rel field provided into the Button section of the Hero. That should work.

    Thanks for that, I tried and it didn’t really achieve what I need, if I understood you correctly that is. Here is the section that I have below, I have added screen shots of the section and its corresponding section on page builder…

    On the page you can see the 4 boxes, which will have image backgrounds, which are slightly darkened to highlight the text, these then link to different pages, if I was leaving it at that everything would be perfect, it functions as it should, however one wont be available for some time, meaning I need the Supsystic pop up.

    Is there anyway of performing this action that I have missed or do I need to rethink how to make this happen?

    Hi. When adding a button to the Hero widget there is an Other attributes and SEO section, within that section is an Onclick field. The plugin you’re looking to use has an Onclick option instead of a shortcode option.
