# Comicpress issues

 * Hi everyone, this is a question for mainly anyone using comicpress and comicpress
   manager. Whenever I go to upload something I get this message.
 * _The following files were not uploaded, or the permissions on the uploaded file
   do not allow reading the file. Check the permissions of both the target directory
   and the upload directory and try again._
 * Has anyone else gotten this problem? I tried my best to change the permissions
   of the site itself through filezilla but that didn’t fix the problem either.
 * To me, it sound like the file itself may be the problem, but I’m only using simple,
   small sized jpegs.
