Come back to my wp-admin

Morning
I was testing the plugin hide my wp lite to see how it works so that i can buy the premium version but i ticked in the box ‘ hide my wp-admin’ and save. An then this error page appeared . So i cannot access to my wp-admin, when i try this is the page that appear. i really want your help. How can i come back. I am not a developper , i just built wordpress website with the drag and drop systeme so i don’t know how ftp works . I need help please. thanks
