# Combining two WordPress support forum users

 * A while back WordPress forced a password change and I was unable to gain access
   to my old account. Despite attempting to use the “forgot password” option, I 
   was never able to gain access (this ended up being an issue with my host blocking
   particular emails).
 * As a result I created a new user account (name based on a derivative of my old
   user name) and have been using it on the regular. I recently changed hosts (to
   my own hosting) and was able to gain access to my old WordPress Forum account.
 * Is there any way to merge these two accounts so I can start using my original
   account, while maintaining all my activity of my late user account?

 * On that note, is there anyway to delete my old account and change my current 
   user name to my old username?
