Support » Everything else WordPress » combining a b2b and b2c site project

  • Hi wp community,

I’ve been researching a lot about wp and drupal for my company’s website upgrade project.

We are looking at building a site that can serve as both our business and consumer site.

Our primary inspiration so far is because it has the e-commerce well integrated.

From all the positive feedbacks I’ve been reading about WP, I’m sure anything can be done, but how? Since samsung’s store is using domain, Would “Store” be a separate site inside the main site? I’m trying to figure out how the features can be implemented in a WP system so I know what I’m getting myself into. Would someone explain how’s “Store”, “My Account”, and “Support” section can be made in WP system?

    Anyhelp would be appreciated.

  • Depends on how you want to go about it
you can either create subdomains and install individual wp (say,
for support ticketing system you could use something like ( – which has a well integration plugin for WordPress)

Or the other way is to create a e-commerce theme and add pages (support/my account)
You could use something like (Woo-Commerce) (or WP-Commerce) for the e-com functionality.
